2. Using the Card

2.1.1 The Freedom Gift Card can be purchased at any Skye Bank Plc Branch in Lagos or at any designated locations and can be used either to get cash from cash machines, (ATMs) or make payments at a point of sale at designated merchants. You must change the default PIN to a PIN of your choice at an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) at the Point of Loading and follow any instructions on the   use and safe keeping. The Card can be used to pay for goods or services at Point of Sale or at Automated Teller Machines.

Terms and Conditions:

By using your FREEDOM GIFT CARD you have unconditionally agreed to be bound by the laws, rules, regulations and official issuances applicable on the matter, now existing or which may hereinafter be enacted, issued or enforced. These terms and conditions comprise the agreement between SKYE BANK PLC, 3 LINE CARD MANAGEMENT LIMITED and the Cardholder in connection with the FREEDOM GIFT CARD.

In this agreement “we”, “us” and “our” mean Skye Bank, 3 Line and “you” and “your” mean the cardholder and include (where appropriate) any person the cardholder has requested the Freedom Gift Card be issued to or have granted access to use the Freedom Gift Card.

1.1 “Account” means the Freedom Gift Card Account held or to be held with Skye Bank (whether solely or jointly with another person), the number of which is or shall be specified in the application form for the Card and communicated as appropriate.
1.2 “Account Currency” means the currency in which the Account is denominated which for the Freedom Gift Card is =N= (naira).
1.3 “Bank” means Skye Bank Plc.
1.4”Card” means the Freedom Gift Card, including any renewal or replacement Card.
1.5 “Cardholder” means the person having power alone to operate the Freedom Gift Card Account in accordance with the rules and regulation in respect thereof.
1.6 “PIN” means the default personal identification number and the subsequent personal identification number as determined by the Cardholder from time to time for use with the Freedom Gift Card.
1.7 “Transaction” means any cash withdrawal or payment made using the Freedom Gift Card, or any refund arising in connection with the use of the Card in any authorized manner for debit or credit to the Account.
